The first party of the year hosted in the Phi Gamma Delta house. It was a special, annual thing for the boys in the fraternity. They prided themselves on many things but parties were a talent the group shared as a whole. Surely not all the young men participated in helping nor planning for the special day but they sure loved showing up at the party. Jaden, being well, Jaden, didn't let it bother him the least. After all, the objective of a party was to have people show up and he wasn't going to let some petty bunch of lazy folks ruin it. Sean on the other hand was very, very angered by the fact that not everyone lend out a hand.
Though there was no point in bitchin' about it now that he was setting up things alongside Jaden and a few other folks. The fraternity had a vote on what they would be serving. Usually people headed toward the typical pizza, buffalo wings and general finger food. The final verdict was announced after a rather strong argument; gourmet pizza from the famous Italian place at Downtown Disney, a variety of flavored chicken wings and cake because, who doesn't love cake? Ice cream cake, even better. The house wasn't too difficult to decorate, or to be more precise, arrange for it to become a party spot. It was relatively easy to push couches and the pool table a little further apart so people had space to just lounge. The helpful frat boys wanted their guests to feel at home and comfortable. Despite that many of them had messy rooms, they sure knew how to organize an event. Perhaps instead of becoming doctors or what not they should have declared themselves as event planners?
"Everything's set!" Sean announced after a few hours of tidying up the house. Most of the boys were exhausted but the party was going to serve as a rest. He glanced to the television screen and took the remote at hand, "So what should we play?" he asked concerning the music. "I don't know, something popular? All the hyped music gets the people going." Jaden answered with a shrug as he emptied a bag of ice into a cooler and began putting soda cans, beers, and waters inside. He carried it to the table where the rest of the food was and set it in the middle. The ice cream cake was inside of the freezer so it wouldn't melt in this Southern California heat. All that was left was to wait.

This was going to be Kendra’s first frat part of the school year. No, not first frat party ever, she’d been to plenty but never as an actual attending student. She loved the feelings of parties and the energy that came along with it. She was free to do as she wished without the constraints. It wasn’t that she didn’t like relationships, she always felt like a caged bird. Too many boyfriends wanted to know where she was at all times, can a girl not use the bathroom in peace? She’d probably get into a few relationships, but she’d rather end things than cheat. She did have morals after all.
This party wasn’t just any party though. Her boys were throwing themselves a frat party, apparently some tradition of theirs that they took seriously. She could respect that, and in their honor she was going to get wasted, but she was going to be classy about it. It was such a shame that many of her friends were taken, no fun! But she knew these guys, basically grew up with them. All the flirtatious comments were out of good fun and no harm. Some girls just couldn’t take a joke, overly protective or something.
Kendra wanted to dress light for the night, so a simple outfit was the way to go with soft curls. It really was her go to look. She could never remember when these parties started. Well, she’d either be on time, early, or fashionably late. The last one was really her favorite. Keep everyone guessing if she was actually going to go. With that, she grabbed her stuff, even a little gift, and headed out the door to her car. The drive wasn’t long, just to greek life. She was still debating whether or not to pledge. It seemed interesting enough to her, but she’d need little convincing.
She parked her car on the curb a little down the block. If a party was ever busted, you wanted your get-away car not in front of the crime. It was simple logic. The walk wasn’t that bad, even with the setting sun. With a smile on her face, she walked toward the house, heels clicking against the concrete evenly. She could hear the music through the building and not a lot of people had arrived yet. Was she actually on time? That was crazy. She spotted Jaden and walked up toward him. “Yo yo yo!” she chanted, smile on her face,” yours truly here on time!” That was really just a gift by itself. “I have gifts,” she announced,” a little school kickoff house warming gift.” Really it was just an excuse to drink more, but whatever. “Sean, meet my friends,” she said holding the two bottles up against his chest,” Russian Bear and Smirnoff” Let the night begin!

Kelvin sighed as he finished up walking back to his house after a long day of basketball practice down at the courts. Preseason practice, as the first game of the season was in five days. And although Kelvin should strictly be playing basketball and getting rest, so they could win and leave on a good seed in the season, and get into the NCAA march madness. Kelvin sighed, he wasn't going to get any rest that day, it was the annual Frat Party. When Kelvin had completed his pledging, the party had been held, and Kelvin had thought it would be a tiny bit more sophisticated. Wrong, wrong, and even wronger. Kelvin was so wrong, he wondered himself how he had gotten into these colleges. These parties ended up so bad, that Kelvin was sure to lock his room, just so he didn't go and and see two people getting busy in his bed. And the fact that the house was nasty. Condom wrappers and even used condoms around the floor, beer cans and bottles, a pool that Kelvin was sure needed to be quarantined, because a orgy had been in the pool. And Kelvin liked partying, he did, he wasn't a prune, but to him things had a limit. Yes he would get drunk, yes he would wake up with a hangover and maybe not remember anything hte next night. That was what in the house they called, 'The Jersey Shore'. The Jersey Shore consisted in a person doing something they would later regret, and wake up that morning not remembering anything at all, although half the country knew that they where full of Shit.
Kelvin could party though. He heard the music from a block away as he saw people headed towards the Frat house. What had made him wanna join a frat again? Oh yes, he didn't wanna live in a creepy ass apartment, with his alien roommate. And the fact that Kelvin had thought it was going to be easy living there. He would usually leave the house to hang with his friends, make music, and play basketball. But it was way harder than Kelvin thought, the constant parties, constant dealing with drunk roommates, and constant being unsanitary. He didn't like that. But Kelvin had to deal with it, at least he had two people whom he could stand, Jaden and Sean. Kelvin liked to joke around with Jaden at times, Kelvin saw them as pretty decent friends. They had even thrown each other in a unsanitary pool. Well no, that wasn't actually a good memory, and Kelvin needed to still get his payback for that spider on his shoulder. Kelvin smiled. He had actually known Jaden when they where little. His uncle Kameron used to take Kelvin on play dates with Aubrey's kids. Kelvin had even helped up setting up the party, and somehow, cleaning the pool by draining the water, getting in a full body quarantine body, and scrubbing it.
Kelvin walked inside the house, as he saw people going and and saw three familiar faces, Sean, Jaden and Karen. Aw Karen. Kelvin didn't know why, but he felt like it was his duty to protect her from bad guys. Maybe because Kelvin had a habit of taking the older brother role to his younger friends, when it seemed like Kelvin needed to act like one. Well at least to him anyway. Kelvin snuck up behind Karen wrapping an arm around her, and giving her a kiss on the cheek. Nothing wrong about it, just how a friend greeted another friend. He then looked a Jaden and Sean. "Party starting to get better? If you want be to perform I can." Kelvin said, remembering how last time he was working on music right before the party and right during the party, he was forced to perform by frat brothers. People had actually like his music. But he wasn't looking to do it, but he would if asked.

The house had been quite a mess, before the boys got to cleaning. They admired their determination —and strong stomachs on cleaning the fraternity home. The house was enormous and despite that it was a really nice place, cleaning up after a heavy mess was more difficult than making it. The group of boys was large enough to mask the fact that there weren't so many invited folks. Although, knowing most of his friends and the students at Landcaster, they were most likely primping up and finding an outfit to stand out in the multitude.
"Kendra, hey!" Jaden greeted her when she approached Sean and him. He smiled closed as he looked to her and then set his eyes on the liquor she had bought. "Thank you so much. We only had bought beers, but lucky we have you to supply us with the good stuff." he thanked her.
Sean grinned, glancing down to the bottles and looking to Kendra during her approach at him. He rose an eyebrow before taking the Smirnoff bottle and titling his head to the side. "Thank you, Kendra. How thoughtful of you." he smirked before taking a deep breath, "More drunk people, yay." It had come out rashly ironic but he was really fed up with vulgar drunks making a mess.
Jaden put a hand on Kendra's shoulder and whispered, "Don't mind him, he's just... Grumpy." he pursed his lips tightly together as if saying What can we do about it? He then looked to Kelvin, "That would actually be great. Your performances are always a hit." Jaden complimented with a smile before asking him, "Do you know if Champagne is coming?" He really wanted to speak to her, very.

{ www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=89826719 } Keagan had been at school for the past two years. He'd been wounded on call when he was twenty two, and after being taken home and put under rest, he was enrolled at Landcaster about three months later. So its not like he was THAT new to school. But parties? Parties he was new to. Especially frat parties. For some unknown reason, he'd yet to attend one. Well, for the first year, it was because of his knee. He didn't do much walking for that year. But the second year, he'd just.. not really felt like it. Realizing how incredibly lame that was, Keagan had thrown on some cologne and a clean shirt tonight to head out an actually have some fun. Since high school, Keagan had changed quite a bit. As cliche as it sounds, it was joining the marines that did it. In high school he'd been mister big-shot. He threw all the parties, he got all the girls, he wore suits on a daily basis and his nose never left the air. But after the marines.. one might not have even recognized Keagan. Suits weren't worn nearly as often, tee shirts were put in their place and maybe a pair of jeans. Parties became nothing because, well, the blow to the knee. Candy was the only girl he ever saw, and kind of the only person he ever saw. Starting out at Landcaster, he didn't have many friends. He gained some, but things really changed for Keagan. That's why tonight felt like something he had to do. He felt like he had something to prove. After parking a bit down the block from the frat house, Keagan exited the car and started down the middle of the street towards the brightly lit building. A couple people were walking in, but he seemed to actually be one of the first people here. And by first you know I mean like fifteenth. But still. Stepping in, Keagan put his hands in his pockets and stood for a moment, looking for a face or back-of-head he knew. Kendra and Jaden were there, that kid that rapped too. What was his name? Kevin maybe? He wasn't sure. But he'd seen him perform at that carnival. After a ridiculously loud sneeze, Keagan made his way towards Kendra and Jaden and smiled at the two. "Hey," he said softly, smirking, his hands still in his pockets.

Kendra did a little turn to view the entire house. “Wow,” she said, impressed,” the place looks so clean.” She knew that the boys tended to care more about how clean that house was compared to the other frat boys living in the house. They must’ve spent the entire day cleaning, and maybe even the day before depending on how dirty it was. She glanced out the window and wondered if they were able to clean the pool. A little shock could fix most pools, if they weren’t completely dirty. They did have a maid after all who apparently was only sweet to Jaden, but that’s because the boy actually had manners.
She greeted the boys warmly, like she always did. She adored them, and would basically do anything for them. She was protective of them since she grew up with a lot of them. “Well you know,” she said acting so impressed with herself,” only the best for my boys!” She was more of a shots kind of girl, but beer usually kept the party lasting longer. She tried to imagine how sloppy a game of beer pong would be if they substituted vodka instead. That would be quite the site indeed! Perhaps they could try it one day, or at least attempt to not fail.
Kendra took note of Sean’s less than thrilled demeanor. She raised a brow at his reaction and statement. As he took the bottles she couldn’t help but cross her arms and look skeptically at him, almost confused. Was her frat boy really about to be acting like a grump? Not on her watch! She came here to have fun, and that meant everyone else had to have fun as well! “Don’t get too excited,” she said sarcastically to Sean, who clearly was having too much fun. “No need to worry,” she said leaning in slightly and spoke quietly. “Who said this gift was for the general population?” she stated before giving a wink and straightening up to laugh.
She couldn’t help but laugh at Jaden’s response to Sean’s mood. She really did wonder what had him in such a gloomy state. “Cheer up, buttercup,” she said tapping Sean’s chest lightly with her index finger,” I’ll even help clean up tomorrow.” It was a little incentive for the boy to loosen up and have fun. The night was still young and there was much to do! Kendra was slightly caught off guard by Kelvin who had come in unnoticed. “Hey, Kelvin!” she greeted him as he finally joined their group. “Oh yeah, a performance would be pretty dope” she said placing her hands on her hips as she thought about Champagne’s whereabouts,” I’m sure she’s only her way right now.” Turning around at the sound of a very powerful sneeze Keagan came into view. Kendra smiled at the older student warmly,” Hey Keagan!”

A smile came across Jaden's face when Kendra commented on how clean the house appeared to be. He widened his eyes slightly, recalling all the difficult tasks and, well, the stains. Also, the pool. Actually, the pool was the hardest part of the cleaning job. He nodded, agreeing with her and said, "The cleaning lady, Consuela, helped us. I mean, we did the easy stuff because we're just lost when it comes to housework." Jaden wasn't terribly confused on what it mean to clean a home, his mother had so much to do with that. He was usually helping her clean up after everyone. Come to think of it, he hadn't begun doing that until he met Champagne yet he wasn't a total snob before that. He just didn't want to come off as a know-it-all or as if he was boasting that he knew how to do housework. "But, it's clean and that's all that matters!" he happily chimed nodding. Jaden glanced toward the sliding doors that lead to the backyard. He stood on one foot, checking that there wasn't anything gross floating around. "Yeah, the pools clean too!" he stood back on both of his feet.
Jaden smiled in gratitude to what Kendra had said. He touched his heart and tilted his head to the side, "Thank you, thank you very much." he closed his eyes and nodded. Although, he wasn't very much of a drinker (he had never gotten drunk, ever, in his life) Jaden enjoyed drinking on occasion and usually very small portions. He enjoyed soda more than any alcoholic beverage but he wasn't a saint. When Jaden heard Keagan approach, he turned to him and smiled brightly. "Keagan, glad you could make it!"
"I'm not exactly the best at hiding my emotions." Sean retorted sarcastically with a light scoff. He hadn't been the same since he first began attending Landcaster. It was as if he became a different person overnight. The people that had known him in high school were rather confused on what was making him so, bitter. His eyes lowered to her face as she came in closer, he rose an eyebrow slowly and opened his mouth which formed into a small grin. "Well you're going to have to hide it before some stoned loon comes." he said in a quiet tone. It amused Sean that Kendra was getting too close for comfort. It wasn't like he was a threat or would even threaten her but it made it difficult for him to keep that smug look on his face. Perhaps it was because she was making an attempt to lighten his mood. Most people just knew to leave Sean be simply because there was really nothing they could do for him because he was a big boy and he was old enough to learn that pouting over something wasn't going to magically solve the problem. "Oh, well that changes everything. Ooh, buttercup, that sure makes me want to jump up with joy and become the life of this party... Pretty sure, a dead person has more life that this." There was absolutely no way of denying that this frat boy wasn't perky at all.

( style.mtv.com//wp-content/uploads/style/2012/06/rita-ora.jpg )Champagne wasn't going to pass down attending a frat party. College was the life she'd been waiting for -- even if she never really pictured herself being in with the crowd, rather, she liked the feeling of being independent and doing what she wanted without someone out there to protect her... even if Benny still kind of did that. Her teenage years were fun, going out, spending time with friends, but her twenties? These were the years she wanted to remember for the rest of her life and she didn't want to put any of that to waste. She was on her own and she was going to make the most of that. Ever since her run in with Jaden at the carnival, Champagne hadn't been able to get him off of her mind, even if for seconds at a time. Years without him and the same feelings were still able to linger inside of her... real shit. She wasn't sure what it was, but he actually almost intimidated her. Not so much in a negative way, rather, it scared Champagne almost, to know how big an impact he had on herself. But she trusted Jaden enough not to care. Adjusting her beanie on her head, she bit her lip, checking her reflection on the surface of her phone outside of the frat house, before looking up, placing it in her pocket and deciding to finally enter. Opening the door and scoping around, she searched for familiar faces, and for a second Kelvin caught her eye, but then she found Jaden. A smile crept upon her face, and she made the walk over, cocking her head to the side and placing a hand on his arm, "You been lookin' for me?"

She obviously isn't going to take it off like in the gif but that is just to show you what she's wearing underneath 'cause yeah )Though Zandria was much too busy being a music major to keep up with the sorority/fraternity life -- it didn't mean she didn't have enough spare time to attend their parties. And she'd heard only good things about the ones Phi Gamma Delta threw every year, so how could she pass it up? Besides, frat boys were hot and Zandria was thirsty, it was like a little kid going inside of a giant Toys 'R Us store. She wore a fringed 'America' tank that began its cutoff around her waist, exposing her stomach, which she didn't mind one bit, and paired it with a pair of acid washed shorts, a flower bikini worn underneath all that, not that Zandria was exactly planning on swimming, but it was nice to be prepared, right? Besides, it looked cute, and once Zandria put it on, she didn't want to take it off. Entering through the doors, a sly smirk crossing her lips, she looked around for a second, then frowned slightly. This was it? Maybe she was earlier... why would she show up early? She let out a small whine, pouting to herself and scrunching her eyebrows. No worries, it'd liven up sooner or later, right? She just needed to get some drinks in her and things would be fine. Making her way to the drinks table, she poured herself some, then looked around, she spotted a small circle of people formed, filled with faces she'd recognized. Believing she knew Kendra and Kelvin's faces best, she squeezed herself in, "Hey guys," she greeted with a grin, glancing around at each face, "this place looks good," she wiggled her hips a little bit, mostly to enjoy the sight of the fringes of her shirt moving around as she did, "you frat boys clean up well."

Everything seemed to be coming along. More and more people were arriving which made it relief for Jaden as part of the fraternity council. He was known for being the nicest and hosting merciful initiations. It was almost lame but Jaden would have it no other way other than to be called kind. He has always been this way, gentle and attentive despite his past. Although, being a total man-whore didn't technically make him a bad guy. He tended to be a lover as much as he was used as a psychologist. He learned so much from his habits but that was before, of course, he met the love of his life. The love of his life? Well, Champagne who was oblivious to his feelings. Jaden knew that she cared for him more than anything, as did he, but did she know that? He was sure that she would like to, or at least be aware. The masquerade ball had been a failure for Jaden's love declaration and he didn't get the chance to think of all he was going to say.
It was probably a coincidence but Champagne arrived just as she was running through Jaden's mind into a total domination. He thought of her constantly but not that much. Was it a connection? Oh, but Jaden was believer of the supernatural. Jaden smiled broadly as he fixed his eyes on her, "Actually," he paused before shifting his eyes away in a coy manner, "I was looking for you and thinking about you." he looked back to her, smiled closed and took a step closer to her. He brought his hands up to both sides of her face, leaned in and gave her a gentle kiss on the lips. "You came just in time." Jaden whispered as his honey colored eyes met Champagne's. "You look gorgeous, by the way." he complimented, smiling brightly.

"I just don't think that this is a very good idea, Daniel." Katherine had been protesting this whole thing since her older brother had brought it up a couple of hours ago. She'd initially rejected the idea then came around but now all her doubts were coming back full force. What if she didn't have fun? Or what if she had a little too much to drink and had too much fun causing her to do something or someone that she'd regret in the morning? How could she ever look herself in the mirror again if she gave up her one virginity to some drunken frat boy? Her mother had always taught her that sexual intercourse, while fun and pleasurable, is a very big deal especially for women so you should never just have sex because of hormones. She'd stayed strong all through high school despite peer pressure from friends and occasionally her brother who called her a 'prude' more often than anyone should.
"Come on Kitty-Kat, don't be such a little prude... Haven't you ever heard the old saying don't be a bore, be a whore?" He paused when he realized that he'd just told his youngest sister that she needed to whore herself out to not be boring. "Okay maybe that wasn't the best saying in the world to quote in this exact situation but I mean.. Come on, Kitten.. Just have some fun, okay? I know that you really like Jimmy still but he's never going to look at you like that. Guys like him go for girls like Kendra and Zandria not girls like... Girls like you. You're a good girl, a prude.. A nice girl." He didn't know how to tell her all of this without hurting her feelings. It was apparent that it did not work as she left his room in a huff and slammed the door.
Who was he to tell her that she wasn't the kind of girl that Jimmy wanted? She'd be a bad girl if she wanted to be! She just needed a little liquid courage so her first step was to head right over to the alcohol and take a big shot of tequila. It honestly tasted terrible.. Why would someone do that to themselves for fun?

Usually James tended to stray away from parties. It wasn't that he was anti-social but he appreciated the peace and quiet. Which was total contrast for when he was younger, where he enjoyed loudness and hollering. Jimmy was far from boring even if these types of social gatherings weren't his favorite. Still, he had never been to a frat party and Jaden practically begged him to attend. It must have been really important. Jimmy supposed he'd go, what was the worst that could happen? He was a big boy, he could take care of himself.
On the contrary to what his father had wanted, James was not part of the fraternity. He dropped out last minute and settled for a typical housing package. Fraternities were extremely overrated for his taste and he felt like members of these groups limited themselves. Jimmy enjoyed being here and there, meeting new people, of course. And as the good friend that he was, he wasn't going to let Jaden down. His eyes had this weird force to manipulate people into doing what he wanted and Jimmy would bet his life that Jaden was aware of this, but would ever suspect him?
Come to think of it, the scene wasn't so bad. Jimmy entered the house and was surprised to see that it was actually a very relaxing sight. He greeted Jaden and the people surrounding him, sulking away playfully from Sean and his rather, dark demeanor. Boy sure looked like he would bite someone's head off, rip their arms off and beat them with it. Well, the thought may have come off as a tad bit macabre but Sean wasn't exactly the Sean he was back in high school.
While walking by the food and beverage table James spotted a familiar face. Well, there were so many familiar faces — mostly all female — at this party. Jimmy never did forget a face, although it wasn't like he felt anything for the person. He may had just carried a heart of steel but it was difficult for James to feel affection for any woman, ever. Just desire would do for him.
"Woah there," Jimmy exclaimed, approaching Katherine and watching her down that shot of tequila. She sure didn't really seem like the type to drink any alcohol especially not the hard kind. It seemed like most Sawyers kept clean from drugs or liquor, well, he knew that Jaden barely ever drank a drop because he disliked the taste and Camila did not drink at all because she was a health guru (and not a hypocrite). "Isn't a little bit too hard? I don't really enjoy tequila." he shook his head. "Hardly understand how people find the burning sensation in their throats appetizing." he pursed his lips tightly together before reaching over to the cooler and grabbing a beer. Despite being underage but he was sure no one was going to take a picture and send it to the press, it was pretty private anyways. "I like your dress." he complimented without really realizing he wasn't trying to warm her up or anything. It was only to compliment Katherine.

Kelvin looked as the pople started coming in. Kelvin prayed to God that it wouldn't leave the house in need of a exterminator, and to have the house fumigated. Kelvin tried to shove the thoughts out of his head, so he could enjoy the party with his friends. He looked at Jaden. Kelvin chuckled at Jaden's comment about his performing. "I don't know.. I was with her yesterday, she needs to work on her jump shot." Kelvin answered Jaden, but then Champagne had entered. Kelvin turned back to look at a grumpy Sean, what was that about? Kelvin wasn't too thrilled about cleaning too. And the fact that he would have to see Consuela giving him dirty looks while he helped. Whenever he cleaned, Consuela found any type of excuse to yell at him or get angry at him. Now, he didn't like Consuela, but he did respect her. He knew she was the only one providing for her family, so Kelvin didn't mind taking her shit. But still, he didn't know why Consuela hated him so. Whatever. Kelvin sighed as he looked at Sean. "I am not looking forward to cleaning tomorrow. But it's inevitable.. So let's have some fun." Kelvin explained to Sean. Although Sean was a smart guy, so he probably knew that. Kelvin popped his knuckles.
Kelvin turned to the boy that had come over. Keegan, his name was. Kelvin put his hand out. "I'm Kelvin Westfield. I play on the Landcaster Basketball team." Kelvin said. He wanted to say that in case maybe the Keegan guy knew him and Kelvin needed to refresh the guys memory. Kelvin then looked at his friends. "You guys are coming to the first game? We're playing Duke. If you guys are coming let me know so I can get you guys tickets." Kelvin told them. He did want his friends to there for the first game of the season. Especially Kelvin's first game he would be one of the main center pieces. Kelvin looked at Zandria, who complimented them on their house. Kelvin shrugged. "Most of it was me, Jaden, Sean and Consuela." Kelvin told Zandria. Kelvin tried to do his best to not start checking Zandria out, because it was something Zandria was good at, having people look at her.

Zandria smirked slightly, eyes following Kelvin's as he looked at her, running her fingers down through her hair and then twirling one of the ends around her index finger, "Mm," she nodded, biting the corner of her lip. She'd seen Kelvin around, watched a few of his performances... he was talented, and being that they were both music majors, she knew he was good at what he did. Not to mention he was ridiculously hot, which made Zandria wonder if he was as good in the bedroom as he was on the mic. "well then, nice job."
She took a sip of her drink, then licked her lips, "You know," she tilted her head to the side, "I've never seen the rest of the house before," she smiled slightly, "you should... give me a tour later."
Champagne smiled and looked down, then back up at Jaden, "I try," she nodded, puckering then unpuckering her lips and laughing at herself, pursing her lips now. Jaden had a way of making her feel beautiful or important even without words, the way he looked at her. He never really had to say anything, she would just have to look into those eyes and she'd feel it. She never understood why or how another person could ever really feel this way about her. Champagne knew love, but was this what that was? Her mom and dad were never together, and she was too little to remember Uncle Juicy and Trina when they were together... but she remembered the look on Juicy's face when he'd talk about the love of his life and she was almost sure that was the same look she had when she thought of Jaden.
"Just in time for what?" she raised an eyebrow, placing a hand on her hip, "You got a surprise for me or somethin'?"

Not being able to help himself, Jaden stole a kiss from Champagne when she puckered her lips. He grinned as he pulled back, closing his eyes and opening them only to meet hers again. There was something so, actually, there was no way to explain how it was that Champagne made Jaden feel. He just - felt and despite that the curiosity in knowing how she held such power on him, he didn't mind it. Was it because Jaden wanted to tell her he loved her? The word was so short yet so difficult to say. He was waiting for the right time, the right place and the right moment. The moment they were in at the moment wouldn't do for him and probably not her. It may have come off as cheesy or old fashioned but Jaden wanted it to be perfect. Well, maybe not exactly perfect but they were twenty and something just told him that he'd like to marry Champagne, one day.
"I was thinking about you and you came right when I was. Well," Jaden laughed candidly before continuing, "I always think about you... but I was thinking more, more of you..." he had this loopy smile on his face but looked serious before asking her, "Am I talking to much?" he wasn't sure why he was feeling nervous. Perhaps because the word was just begging to slip off his tongue and come out to Champagne all of a sudden - with no explanation, no anticipation and no preparation. "Do you want cake? Sean made this yummy cake."
