{ www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=88309349 } 'Making mini pizzas!' Cale slammed shut the fridge door with a sharp move of his hip his hands full of various mini pizza ingredients. Cheese, sauce, peppers, ham, you know the stuff. Today he and Flint were making dinner for the ladies of the house because they'd been living off Alexx's famous salad, which though famous wasn't really that delicious after the fifth time eating it in a row. 'Oh yeah, making mini pizzas for our lady friends!' Cale sang as the placed all the items down on the kitchen counter with the mini pizza bases that he'd picked up from the store the day before, like a responsible adult, planning their meals and shit. Next he'd be getting a house! Oh wait, he already had a house ... Who's bright idea was that? As usual Cale wasn't wearing any pants, it was a common occurrence around the house. Who needed pants anyway? You know what pants meant? They meant no freedom. Without pants Cale could dance the day away while he cooked mini pizzas, but with them, pfft, he couldn't get anything done. 'Flint!', Cale called out, unsure of where in the house his cooking buddy was, 'Get your butt down here I need your chef skills!'.

Flint had been up almost all night last night what with the arrival of his childhood friend Joshua. So, needless to say, he was a tad groggy today. Sure it was well into the afternoon and actually near dinner time, but he was still in his pajamas and had been laying on the floor in his bedroom almost all day. Joshua was asleep currently, and stayed asleep when Caleb yelled Flint's name. Careful to not wake the dead-looking boy, Flint flipped onto his stomach and army-crawled out the door and to the little staircase that led in and out of the attic only. Once he reached it, Flint pulled himself into a seat position and began scooting down the latter-like steps until he reached the ground. From there, he galloped down the next set of stairs and came to the kitchen. "Sergeant Stockholm, reporting for duty!" he said as excitedly as was possible for a person as tired as he was. Yawning, he playfully slapped Caleb's butt and looked over at the ingredients he'd set out on the counter. "Still pantsless, I see?" he said, reaching a hand forward to poke the doughy little pizza shells. There was a faint thud from up above, and Flint's eyes were immediately drawn to the ceiling. It was undoubtedly Joshua falling out of bed, but Flint's first thought was 'ghost'. He jumped a little, but quickly collected himself and continued to poke at the pizza dough.

Alexx had been lazing around for the whole day. She was up at eight o'clock in the morning, right on the dot. It was a typical response for her; when she was home schooled, the school day started right at eight thirty. She got into the unbreakable habit of waking up early. However, this particular day, she had not a thing to do. She spent a good part of the morning cleaning, making her already neat room impeccable. There was not a speck of dust to be seen, nor a book out of place. It was almost eerie to see - it appeared as if no one had lived there for quite some time. Alexx loved organization quite a bit - perhaps too much, sometimes.
It was getting late by the time everything was in order. She had skipped lunch, preferring to snack all day upon a bag of Twizzlers she had stowed in her room. She had been at her computer, doing a little bit of research on a local case. There had been an arrest not too far from their house - so close that she could hear the sirens - and thought that perhaps there would be an interesting story behind it. As it turns out, a near by convenience store had been robbed, with three persons injured. The interesting part was that no one identified the mugger - it could be any one of the "victims."
When Caleb yelled about making pizza, she realized it was dinner time. Her stomach rumbled as she book marked the tabs she had open, reminding herself to check news sources later. It had been a few days that she spent making salad for dinner. She was pretty much out of ideas for salads already, so she was glad that Caleb and Flint were making food. Never the less, she felt it her duty to go downstairs and check out the dinner situation. She was part of their little "family" in the house and it would be impolite to avoid helping them make dinner.
Skipping down the stairs, she realized she was still in pajamas. She was wearing a pair of black sweat pants, with a red "rebels" crop tank top over top. Slightly indecent, she figured it didn't matter because they were all friends - seeing a little bit of her midriff probably wouldn't be rude or anything. Running a hand through her hair, which was slightly messy anyway, she headed to the kitchen. "Afternoon, gentlemen," she greeted, raising her eye brows when she saw that Caleb wasn't wearing pants. "Are pants optional?" She laughed, sagging her already baggy sweat pants so that a bit of her bright blue underwear peeked out. She wouldn't go as far as to walk around pantsless but hey, this was an interesting new trend.

{ www.polyvore.com/rowan_outfit/set?id=88324957 } 'Seriously grandma, I'm fine'. Rowan was sat crossed legged on her bed, sketch pad laid out before her. In her right hand was her trusty fine liner, and in her left her phone pressed up against her ear. The weekly phone call with her grandmother was dragging a little. It didn't help that her grandmother spoke extremely slowly. Rowan rolled her eyes as her grandmother asked yet again if she was getting enough to eat. 'Yeah, I'm fine, I eat so much', Rowan insisted, she put down her pen and swapped the phone over to her other ear. This was the perfect time for Caleb to shout something about pizza. 'In fact I gotta go now, my roomie is making pizza, by grandma, love you, bye!', Rowan hung up the phone and jumped up from her bed and headed for the stairs. When she reached the kitchen she heard Alexx comment on Caleb's lack of pants. 'Pants are always optional in this house Alexx, you should know by now', she laughed, walking into the kitchen.

'Flint!', Caleb swatted at Flint's hand, 'Don't poke the pizza's put good inside them!'. Caleb picked up a wedge of cheese and pressed it in to Flint's cheek, because that was hygienic. 'Alexx, feel free to drop your pants, this is a party kitchen', Caleb said to her as she walked in to the kitchen. Then Rowan was in the kitchen too, wow, pizza summoned the house together, who knew?

Flint chuckled as Caleb pressed the cheese against his cheek, and laughed even harder when it stuck. Deciding to leave it there until it fell, Flint smiled as he reached for one of the little pizza doughs and cracked open the jar of sauce. After finding a spoon and ladling it onto the dough, he reached for the cheese. Shredding it a bit more than it already was, the cheese fell over top of the mini pizza and Flint felt like he was on one of those slow motion pizza commercials where they throw obnoxious amounts of cheese in the air and watch it fall over the pizza. He laughed at the thought.
"Pants are optional? I thought that was just a Caleb thing," he looked up from his messy creation when Alexx and Rowan entered the room. "I.. well I'd join this no pants party but... I'm commando." Crinkling his face up, Flint fought back laughter because he was expecting quite a few 'ew omg go put underwear on's from mostly the girls.
"CALEB!" he tried to change the subject as he grabbed up his little pizza. "This one.... is DONE." He handed the little pizza forward, bowing as he did so.

Alexx laughed at all the people commenting on the pants topic. She ended up pulling her sweat pants up anyway, though, because walking around with her pants sagged and underwear out felt too gangster. Grabbing a few plates, she asssumed that she should get the table set. She didn't even notice that there were too many places set; she liked the table being even anyway.
"Well, pants can be a hassle," she giggled, feeling silly for the moment. "I mean, clothing in general can cause problems. Takes me like twenty minutes to get dressed in the morning. Wouldn't it be nice to not have to wear fancy clothing all the time?" Of course, Alexx liked clothes as much as the next person. She was just wondering. It was often that she would come up with alternate universe ideas. Her room mates were probably used to it by now. Taking a second to let her mind wander to imagining life without clothes, she realized that this was a bad idea.
"Actually, no, clothes are important. Everyone keep your stuff on - especially if you are going commando," she teased, looking pointedly at Flint. "We could have a no pants day though that couldn't be too bad. Let's plan that shit."
She glanced over as some of the pizzas went in and then out of the oven. She sighed, realizing how safe salad would have been. But not everyone was as cautious as she was. "Yeah, be careful, you two," she called, sitting herself down at the table.
